What's Included

The Immersive Lounger arrives fully assembled. Each chair ships with a power adapter and a Lightning or USB-C to 3.5mm cable for direct connection from your phone. If you've selected a configuration that includes headphones, they are packaged with the chair. Headphone selection and styling may evolve over time; the included pair will meet or exceed the standard shown at the time of order.
How sound is delivered

The Lounger accepts audio from any device with a 3.5mm output. The included phone cable connects iPhone or Android directly. For laptops, computers, turntables, and DJ equipment, a standard 3.5mm to 3.5mm cable (not included) bridges the chair to your existing system.
The intensity

The intensity depends on your volume level. At low volumes, vibrations are gentle and almost imperceptible. At higher volumes, they're powerful, like standing next to a subwoofer at a festival. You're in complete control.

You can also turn off the haptic system and use it as a premium lounge chair.
What apps it works with

The Lounger is compatible with any source that produces audio through a 3.5mm connection: Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube, Tidal, gaming consoles, films, streaming services, or any device that plays sound from a connected source. No application or software is required.

Delivery

Fully assembled, in a single crate, ready to use. Production lead time is one to four weeks from order. Shipping is currently within the United States; rates vary by region.

Returns

Thirty days. If the Lounger is not what you hoped for, we will arrange collection within the Austin area at no charge and issue a full refund. For locations outside Austin, return shipping is the responsibility of the owner.
