At Basscraft, we want you to love the experience. If you don't, we make returns simple — no restocking fees, no hassle.

30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your Basscraft for a full refund or exchange. If the product isn't right for you for any reason, send it back.

How it works

1. Email info@basscraft.co with your order number and reason for return.
2. We'll send you a prepaid return shipping label — return shipping is on us.
3. Once we receive the product, your refund is issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Conditions

• Product should be returned in usable condition with all included components (cushion, controller, cables, packaging where possible). Normal use is fine — this isn't a "like-new only" policy.
• Refunds cover the full product price. Original shipping (if any was charged) is also refunded on defective items.
• For orders with obvious damage or defects, skip the process above — just email us and we'll replace it immediately at no cost.

Preorders

Preorders can be canceled for a full refund any time before your unit ships. Once shipped, the standard 30-day return policy applies from the delivery date.
