Where we ship

Basscraft currently ships to addresses within the United States only. International shipping is coming — join our list to be notified when it's available.

Preorder fulfillment & lead time

Basscraft is currently sold as a preorder. Because each unit is produced and quality-checked before it reaches you, please allow up to 8 weeks from order date for delivery:

• ~7 weeks for production, international freight, and US customs clearance
• ~1 week for local packaging and dispatch from our Austin facility

You'll receive tracking information by email as soon as your unit ships. Preorder customers are fulfilled in the order received.

Shipping cost

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your delivery address. Final cost is shown before you complete your order.

Processing

Orders are processed Monday–Friday, excluding US holidays. You'll get an order confirmation immediately and a shipping confirmation with tracking once dispatched.
