- Minimum opening order: 5 units

- MAP policy: dealers agree to a Minimum Advertised Price to protect the brand and everyone's margin
- Demo unit: discounted demo unit with first qualifying order
- Territory: non-exclusive at launch; discuss exclusivity for high-volume partners
