These Mobile Terms of Service apply to the BASSCRAFT text messaging program operated by BASSCRAFT Audio LLC ("Basscraft," "we," "us").

Program description

By opting in, you agree to receive recurring automated marketing and informational text messages from Basscraft at the mobile number you provide, including offers, product and launch updates, cart reminders, and order updates.

How you opt in

You opt in by entering your mobile number and checking the text message consent box on a Basscraft sign-up form or at checkout. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.

Message frequency and cost

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan for details.

How to opt out or get help

• Reply STOP to any message to cancel. You will receive one confirmation message and no further texts unless you opt in again.
• Reply HELP for help, or email support@basscraft.co.

Carriers

Supported on major US carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is not guaranteed.

Eligibility

The program is available to US mobile numbers only. You must be 18 or older and the account holder of the number, or have the account holder's permission, to enroll.

Privacy

We use your mobile number only to operate this program and support your orders. We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile number or text messaging opt-in data and consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes. Service providers that help us send messages (such as our SMS platform) receive it only to deliver the program. See our Privacy Policy.

Changes

We may update these Mobile Terms or end the program at any time; the effective date above reflects the latest version.
